Dumbleton Village Hall provides an accessible and versatile venue in the picturesque village. The Main Hall and the Campbell Room are both available to hire – either separately or together – to both Dumbleton residents and non-residents

Hiring the Hall facilities is easy and convenient. You can book by the hour using our online system. Just click on the Book Now button for your chosen room(s) and follow the instructions. If you’re interested in long-term and regular bookings, please contact us to discuss your requirements.

How can I make a booking?

Booking is easy using our online system. Simply choose the date and time you’d like to book, choose the room(s) you need and fill in your details. Your booking will be confirmed by email within 24 hours.

Can I come and see the Hall before booking?

Yes! We’d love to show you around so you can see for yourself what the Hall has to offer. Just contact us to arrange a convenient day and time.

Do I have to book online?

No, absolutely not. You can also use our PDF form available here.

We recommend using our online system as you can instantly see if your required date(s) and time(s) are available.

What does each booking include?

Every booking includes the use of the chosen room(s), full use of the kitchen including crockery and cutlery, heating (when necessary), lighting, car parking on-site and free 1Gb fibre broadband via wifi. For a small additional charge, a PA system is also available. 

What are the conditions of booking?

As you’d expect, we do have some standard terms and conditions for anyone making a booking at the Hall. You can view them here or download them here and if you have questions, just ask us.

When are you open?

We are open all year round except for Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day. 

There are regular events throughout the year, including weekly clubs and classes, and you can see all of these listed when you use our online booking system so you can see immediately if your chosen date and time is available.
